	Charisma Installation Instructions FLOATING INSTALLATION All Wood 3 layer Charisma can be laid onto a dry and even subfloor using its glueless 'Double-Click' System. Subsonic noise may be reduced by as much as 21 dB with the installation of the 6 mm, 100% natural jute high performance sound control underlayment. The base for a floating floor installation must be clean, dry, even and solid. All wall-to-wall carpeting must be removed. Existing PVC or linoleum floors may, depending on their condition, serve as a suitable base. Please test the base for evenness: Variations of more than 2 mm per 100 cm must be leveled out with a suitable caulking compound. LIQUID BATTEN ADHESION All Wood 3 layer Charisma can be adhered to the subfloor by the liquid batten adhesion. This is a secure and totally flexible alternative which helps to damp footfalls and reduces subsonic noise (-14 dB). Concrete, anhydrite floor, cast concrete and chipboard are suitable subfloors for liquid batten adhesion. Recommended adhesive: Profi-Parkett Elastic Glue No. 300. If you intend to use adhesives other than those recommended, please seek the recommendations of the alternative adhesive manufacturer. COMPLETE ADHESION All Wood 3 layer Charisma can be completely adhered to the subfloor. Concrete, anhydrite floor, cast concrete and chipboard are suitable subfloors for complete adhesion. When installing with subfloor heating we do not recommend Beech, Mountain Maple and Canadian Maple. Recommended adhesives: Profi-Parkett Elastic Glue No. 800, Profi-SMP Glue No.1000 or synthetic resin adhesive WFR-T.If you intend to use adhesives other than those recommended, please seek the recommendations of the alternative adhesive manufacturer.
